How long is the gift card valid?
12 months from the date it is issued. The expiry date is shown in the email that comes with the card.
Can it be used more than once?
Yes. If the order costs less than the value of the card, the remaining balance is kept and can be used later with the same code.
Can I print it to give in person?
Yes. Choose the print-at-home option: you receive the card as a PDF to print and slip into an envelope. The recipient is not notified by email in this case.
When does the recipient receive the card?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, by email, with your message. You receive a copy of the card at the same time.
Can it be used with a discount code?
Only one code can be entered per order: either the gift card or a discount code. A gift card cannot be used to buy another gift card.
