The present arrived, but without the signed note I'd included, so the recipient didn't know who it was from for quite a while...Le cadeau est arrivé mais sans le mot signe que j’avais mis donc la personne n’a pas su d’où cela venait pendant un bout de temps...

Dear Mrs Judith P.,
Thank you for your feedback.
I am sorry to hear that the person who received the grasping ball didn't know who it was from. However, it was impossible for me to send a signed note, as there was no mention of one in your order, nor afterwards by email.
Please note that you can add gift wrapping and a card with a personalised message for an extra charge (tick box before paying for your order).
Have a lovely day.
Kind regards,
Mary, Manager of the Jeu-Montessori websiteBonjour Mme Judith P.,
Cordialement,
Mary, Responsable du site Jeu-Montessori
