The present arrived, but without the signed note I'd included, so the recipient didn't know who it was from for quite a while...

Workshop reply:
Dear Mrs Judith P., Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the person who received the grasping ball didn't know who it was from. However, it was impossible for me to send a signed note, as there was no mention of one in your order, nor afterwards by email. Please note that you can add gift wrapping and a card with a personalised message for an extra charge (tick box before paying for your order). Have a lovely day. Kind regards, Mary, Manager of the Jeu-Montessori website Bonjour Mme Judith P., Je vous remercie de votre retour.
