Wooden Colour Matching Lotto Game - 4 Boards

Montessori Colour Discrimination & Early Social Lotto

The wooden colour matching lotto game is a delightfully tactile introductory board game that transforms colour recognition into an exciting, collaborative challenge. Featuring four solid wooden playing boards and smooth turned wooden cylinders, it teaches toddlers and preschoolers how to match colours, take turns, and celebrate victories together.

How to Play the Colour Lotto

n
• Each player selects one of the four wooden lotto boards featuring recessed placement holes.
n
• Players take turns rolling the wooden colour-faced dice.
n
• Identify the matching colour and place a smooth wooden cylinder into the corresponding hole on your board.
n
• The first player to completely fill all coloured spaces on their board wins the game!

Montessori Sensorial & Motor Development

n
• Colour Discrimination: Sharpens visual perception and teaches accurate colour naming (red, blue, yellow, green, orange, and purple).
n
• Cylinder Pincer Grip: Seating each wooden cylinder into its precision recess exercises the thumb-forefinger pincer grasp needed for handwriting.
n
• Early Social Skills: Introduces simple game rules, patience while waiting for one's turn, and graceful sportsmanship.
